ahhh its exactly 10days after slc): and i still cant really seem to adjust back to reality. memories keep flooding back. i actually posted abt slc 5 days ago but apparently, my comp hung and the super long post was DELETED)):

anyway, i miss SLC so much! the facs (all 56 of you), OT, ABSTRACTOCO, and the HCI compound. i know this sounds weird, but i think i'm quite attached to the sch compound somehow haha(:

we started out as strangers, and now we're friends forever(: fac outing was really enjoyable too!

i guess i shall recap what happened starting from the first day of SLC.

DAY 1

haha i remembered reporting really early, i think it was 6.15... i was quite nervous, partially because alfred dajie kept saying: " what if the participants go missing! " or sth to that extent(: ahh then we had our briefing at the nice cosy fac room, got our fac shirt and i was assigned to um, usher the participants at the exit gate with alfred and sophia. HAHA. we were kind of blur and the 3 of us kept repeating the same thing to everyone who walked past until we got sick and tired and decided to um, fool abt a bit haha(: lets not go into the details.

then yeah, we went to the audi for the chairperson's add and i met ABSTRACTOCO corporation (arts sector!) with jerrold my co-fac! haha(: ABS rocks! then we went to 4c classroom to have our icebreakers and games(x haha the room was airconditioned but the ABS people got warmed up really quickly! haha that was random but nvm! alif proposed to lina for a forfeit and it was super funny(: after that we headed for the programmes briefing and set off for the outdoor activity! we had lunch at BK with cluadia, our "guide" who i found out was my scgs senior(: the we went running around orchard road under the sweltering HOTTTT sun.

thankfully, you guys didnt even complain at all... haha i must do a bit of thanking later. i was super pooped running along all of you, but nevertheless, it was all good fun. especially doing the bonus tasks whilst waiting for Dominic's corporation (JACQUES) to complete their station. the posing, pointing at junwei's pants, making douglas laugh with allen's funny antics etcetc.
then finally we headed for our pitstop at farrer park and though we werent the first to reach, i must say, you all did a fantastic job(:

following that we had the water bomb activity and i'm sure none of you would disagree that we had tons of fun(: haha i was soaked from head to toe thanks to SSSECRETARY, PAINTBRUSH, dominic, weisheng and gang haha. acknowledgements to fiona, charlton, sssecretary, jerrold and paintbrush for helping me with the avengement plot on dominic hahaha(: it took me 4 hours to get dry(x

DAY 2

we had our corporation meetings and we came out with the AQUA MAZE haha and lots of crazy stuff(: acknowledgements to SSSECRETARY who did all the typing(: haha. then we came up with our proposal in between our silly jokes and name calling (that was when sssecretay, paintbrush and ceo started teasing)! HAHA. nxt up we had the intercorporation communication session whereby we split up into 3 grps --
1 to remain in our head office to give our WONDERFUL and IMPRESSIVE presentation (CEO, secretary etcetc)
1 to go to the recreation sector with ME (paintbrush [william], yuxuan, muzkhan, alif, allen etc)
1 to go to the food and bev sector with Jerrold (lina, francis and co.)

haha. for those who followed me, together with Fhaeloe corp and their fac Jiawei, i think you all were quite attentive and all, taking down notes and asking questions(: haha and you guys weren't distracted though we facs were busy snickering at the back haha(x

our free negotiation session went really smoothly, and we were the FIRST to from our conglomerate with SUBZERO and BELFAST(: tralala we rock(: and sadly we had to reject more than 6 corps ): anyway, Francis Patrick Canlas Foo started showing his OTHER side whilst jerrold brought fiona our CEO for the contract signing session. haha and the rest of you caught on with him and everyone became XIAO. (: the hand gestures and funny sounds gave me a tummyache. haha

DAY 3

FORMAL ATTIRE day! haha. everyone looked so smart(: esp francis, alif, junwei, yuxuan and the madmad gang. luckily you guys didnt let me down by keeping awake during the GOH's address(: thats partially because you all were sitting in the front row right! haha anyway, we had our conglomerate 4 assemblies! i was pretty amused watching you guys from my scribe seat next to the cabinet minister [vivien!(: ] and you people were really funny discussing the fishing issue that i couldnt help laughing, though i wasnt supposed to (x i felt that our proposal wasnt too bad (: kudos to fiona, charlton, cecilia, lina and those who responded to the questions posed by vivien and the ceos from belfast and subzero! haha(: and not forgetting your teasings of SOMEBODY during lunch haha. haha lunch was quite fun! i was stealing eclairs with some facs! but i aint guilty hahaha :p

hmmm subsequently we had the second conglomerate assembly, which was quite long-winded, revolving arnd the same point over again(x then we had our prep for our conglo concert item(:
AHHH you guys(CONGLO 4 people) made me laugh with your absurd ideas and i was quite amused with the idea for shebangs. anyway, we decided on singing "friends forever"! yup and we facs(me, jiacong, karen, jerrold, lianseng, jiayun) made all of you practice it on the spot! lalala(: the spirit of CONGLOMERATE 4 was so strong it nearly knocked me out(x ahhwells, i think we had lots of funnn! hah then we had our debrief and me and cammie went for facs debrief and i stayed back with some arts sector facs to practice our facs item - a "dance" to the song lets get it started(: we went to the aphelion room and tried to hide from the sercurity guard hohoho. but unfortunately he came and got some of our i/c numbers. i had to give mine. no fair(x haha. yup then me, kaylee, shirin, sherwyn, matthew, dominic, shaofei, chuanyi, jerrold, xiaoyao went to kap for dinner and sourced for gifts for our participants(:

DAY 4

last day! ): we had the prep session in the morning to prepare for our bidding session. all of you got(conglo 4 people) super HIGH whilst motivating bryan, our speaker for the bidding session. remember :"BRRRYYYY-YAN, we LOVE you..." in the funny accent/tone that the befast pple came up with? haha(: we were frantically passing notes arnd during BS and yeah, though we didnt win, i'm really proud of all of you(: and i'm sure the other 5facs are too.

after, we went to prepare for our respective items(: haha for arts sector we were in the 3b classroom! haha the pink one(: afterthat we proceeded to the audi, and had our concert(:

haha me and cammie saw natascha, valerie and deborah and we got so excited(: haha. the concert was really hyped up and the spirit of 12slc was there(: haha the performances were really cool and hilarious esp ABS's wedding! haha francis' acting was really good, and yeah, you guys rocked the house down(: facs performance was a success too! RS and F&BS's items were super pro, haha rs's parapara by YANLIN and f&b's heyjuliet dance chereographed by JIACONG and WEILING!(: and not forgetting AS's dance by SHERWYN and MATTHEW(: haha the combined item, the song at the beginning was really touching and evoked alot of emotions within me. i love my orange lightsticks haha(:

OT's performance was really emo too! quite a number of people started tearing. then came the slideshow presentation. unknowingly i started crying too ): didnt want slc to end. all the frienships forged and all......

then we had our debrief, and ABS made me cry again. haha jerrold didnt cry when ABS shouted "jerrold and nicole, we love you!" like 3 times. almost all of us cried, including junwei and allen, to my surprise. LOVE YOU ALL loads :D

following that, me, cammie, jerrold and dominic headed for the facs debrief before a huge number of us went off to kap for supper(:

okays, thats pretty much what i remember(: I STILL MISS SLC AND EVERYONE ELSE!
and though slc has ended, i'm sure the beautiful memories of the fun and events will still remain(:
